Emails are answered monday - friday between 9:00 AM. - 5:00 PM. Est. Emails received on weekends and holidays will be answered the next business day. If the inquiry is regarding an existing order, please make sure to include the order number and a message to expedite the response and resolution. Please note, sending multiple emails with different messages may slow down the response time. We encourage customers to send one message per order inquiry.
How does the Glow Frame lighting work?
Our Glow frames feature LED lights that can be controlled to adjust brightness and color, creating a personalized display.
What sizes are available for the Glow Frames?
We offer 2 sizes to fit different spaces. You can check our product page for available options.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to Belgium and the Netherlands, with plans to expand to other regions in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes between 6-12 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping is FREE for all orders.

You can order directly from our website. Simply select the frame size and proceed to checkout.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it by contacting our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, as long as it's in original condition.
Is there a warranty for FrameRay products?
Yes, all Glow Frames come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
